Life can feel heavy sometimes.
In our sessions, we'll work to make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, identify the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools that support real change—so life feels a little lighter, relationships feel healthier, and you don't have to carry it all on your own.
-
Whether you're feeling disconnected, stuck in the same argument on repeat, keeping an unofficial scorecard of who does more around the house, or simply wanting a stronger partnership, couples counselling can help.
Together, we'll get beneath the surface of the conflict, strengthen connection, and create healthier ways of communicating so you can spend less time arguing and more time feeling like partners.

Parenting doesn't come with a manual, and sometimes the strategies that worked yesterday seem to stop working overnight.
Using evidence-based, attachment-focused approaches, I help families make sense of what's underneath behaviours, emotions, and family dynamics.
Whether you're parenting a child with ADHD, a sensitive kid with big feelings, or a child who seems to experience the world a little differently, I help families better understand their child's unique strengths and needs. Together, we'll build connection, confidence, and practical strategies that support regulation, resilience, and help your amazing kiddo thrive—while making family life feel a little less overwhelming along the way.

Welcoming a baby is one of life’s biggest transitions. Alongside the excitement often comes stress, exhaustion, changing roles, and new challenges within your relationship. The Bringing Baby Home Intensive, based on the Gottman Method, helps expecting and new parents strengthen their connection, improve communication, and navigate the transition to parenthood with greater confidence.
Participants learn practical, research-based tools to manage conflict, support one another emotionally, maintain intimacy and friendship, and create a strong foundation for their growing family.
Leave feeling more connected, supported, and prepared for the realities of life after baby—so your relationship can remain strong while your family grows.
Methods & Modalities
I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, and tailor them to your unique needs.
DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)
I love DBT because it gives practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, anxiety, and navigating overwhelming emotions in everyday life.
ADHD, Executive Functioning & Emotional Regulation
I have extensive additional training in ADHD, executive functioning, and emotional regulation, helping clients better understand overwhelm, motivation struggles, emotional intensity, burnout, time management, and the mental load that can come with busy minds and nervous systems.
Attachment-Based Therapy
I value an attachment-based approach because our earliest relationships often shape how we see ourselves, navigate emotions, and connect with others. Exploring these patterns can help build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create new ways of responding that feel more secure, authentic, and fulfilling.
Gottman Method
I often intertwine lessons from the Gottman Method in couples work to help improve communication, rebuild trust, break unhealthy patterns, and strengthen connection long term.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT helps people understand the emotions underneath conflict, shutdowns, or disconnection so relationships can feel safer and more connected.
Person-Centred Therapy
Creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported without judgment. You being you. A perfect place to start.
Perinatal Education & Doula Training
My training in perinatal education and doula support allows me to better support individuals and couples through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the emotional transition into parenthood with practical, compassionate guidance.
We will explore what’s going on beneath the surface while building skills you can actually use in your daily life.
I will listen closely, ask curious questions, and offer gentle but honest feedback. There is room here for warmth and humour, even when we are talking about difficult things.
